NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

What exactly is a Non-Refundable Deposit?

To secure a pre-order through the production process, some products will require a nominal non-refundable deposit (NRD). Think of it as your golden ticket that ensures you will be getting an awesome collectible. The dollar amount of the deposit as well as the full product price is listed on the product’s webpage prior to purchase. Deposits will charge to your credit card within 24 hours of placing your order. Keep in mind this deposit is not refundable, not transferable to another order nor kept as an account credit upon order cancellation.

 

PRE-ORDER PROCESS

When will my Pre-order Arrive?

Our pre-order production time can vary for each pre-order item and often results in a 2 month or more waiting period for most products although this can be shorter or longer in some cases. We notify customers about pre-order shipments and time frame estimates in many different ways.

• Once your deposit is paid you will receive email notifications alerting you to a estimated month when the item leaves the manufacturing facilities and another email notification when its on its way to our main warehouse. 

• Once your item has arrived at our main warehouse you will be contacted via email with an invoice for the remaining balance owed including the remaining product price as well as any applicable taxes if being shipped to a California address and shipping fees if applicable. 

• Please know that we will make every attempt via email and telephone to make sure you know your item is ready to be paid in full and shipped.  If we do not receive a payment or are unable to reach you after 10 days from the time we email you your invoice for the remaining balance owed we reserve the right to cancel your order and retain your deposit. 

• If you are unable to pay the remaining balance when you receive your invoice via email please contact us to let us know and we can give you an extension of 14 days from the date of original invoice emailing to pay.

• Once your item has shipped you will be notified via email along with shipping updates and tracking information. You can also track orders in your online account.

 

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

What refunds am I entitled to?

Deposit pay:  If you secured your order via deposit and wish to cancel you may contact us via email or telephone and cancel at any time.  The deposit is non-refundable. You will be refunded your total amount paid minus your deposit. If your order has already been shipped you will have a restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees deducted from your refund amount as well. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us in excellent band new condition otherwise depreciation will also be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Full pay:  If you paid for your pre-order in full, did not pay a deposit, and wish to cancel there is a $20.00 cancellation fee.  You will be refunded your total amount paid minus this $20.00 dollar fee. If your order has already been shipped you will have a restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees deducted from your refund amount as well. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us in excellent band new condition otherwise depreciation will also be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Restocking Policy:  If your order has already been shipped out to you or is in transit already and you wish to cancel or return you will be charged a restocking fee in addition to any other applicable fees.  The restocking fee is 30% of the full product price and you will be responsible for shipping back to us as stated above.

We do everything we can to ensure you receive your collectible. Please know, Collectors Row is not responsible for email notifications that were not received due to outdated email, SPAM filter or an interruption of service. 

The time frame of product receipt can vary greatly and be somewhat unpredictable. We can not guarantee or be held liable for an estimated time of production completion, main warehouse arrival, or any shipment delivery being inaccurate.  You are agreeing to pay any applicable taxes and or shipping fees in order to receive your product by placing your deposit. Your item will be shipped as soon as it has reached our main warehouse and payment in full has been received unless otherwise canceled before being shipped to you.  You acknowledge all of the policies on this page when you place your pre-order with a deposit.
